Cambridge Scientific develops 360° assessments to help leaders and employees to hone their skills and performance by using data (feedback) received confidentially from peers, managers, and other people in their professional and personal environment. This feedback is collected from online questionnaires that address a wide range of strengths and competencies based on a rating scale and written comments.

The person being assessed as well as the people assessing the person receive an invitation with a personal link that they can easily access from all devices and fill out online. The results are collected and displayed in an individual report. Overviews, graphs and and tables show the precise differences between the results of the self-assessment and the results from the others. This helps to clearly identify potential gaps – the best precondition to learn and develop successfully.


We offer a large variety of 360° standard feedback surveys. However, all of our assessments can be fully or partially customized to your specific needs.

Track improvement

Assessments are a great opportunity to discover learning potential and to track progress, e.g. by taking the same assessment again after a certain period of time (e.g. 6 months or 1 year after the first assessment) to see in which areas and how much the person has improved.

Our assessments are 100% confidential. The person being assessed will get feedback that is completely anonymous. In some assessments, adding a name (if a person is assessing someone else) to open questions or comments is optional.
